7-day returns

You can return any toy within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original box with all parts, manuals and tags.

Damaged, defective or wrong toy

If your toy arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days with photos or your unboxing video. We'll pick it up at no cost and give you a free replacement, or a full refund to your UPI or bank account within 5–7 working days if a replacement isn't available.

Changed your mind?

For returns for any other reason (the toy isn't liked, a duplicate gift, and so on), we give you store credit for the toy's price, to use on your next Buddy Bees order. Return shipping for these returns is paid by the customer, and delivery charges are not credited.
